Koko Taylor's Celebrity
Koko Taylor, Queen of the Blues.
Koko Taylor hired TR Knapp Architects to design a new Night Club in Chicago's South Loop. The club opened its doors in 1999 and operated for just over two years before Koko moved her operations to the new Riverboat Casino.
Koko Taylor died recently, in 2009.
We will miss her.
Villa Park Community Development Offices
The Village of Villa Park hired TR Knapp Architects to convert an abandoned Fire House into their new community development offices.
The design and construction documents are complete and the project is waiting for funding
from the Village.

This is a New Construction Development at Roselle and Irving Park Roads. A mixed use facility, with ground floor retail, second floor residential units and a stand alone bank facility.TR Knapp Architects provided Design Consulting and Construction Documentation for the building.
Construction broke ground in March of 2010.
