This is a New Construction Development at Roselle and Irving Park Roads. A mixed use facility, with ground floor retail, second floor residential units and a stand alone bank facility.TR Knapp Architects provided Design Consulting and Construction Documentation for the building.
Construction broke ground in March of 2010.
